Proporciones
Whisky Irlandés Proper Twelve (40 ml), Café negro recién hecho (90 ml), Azúcar moreno (2 cucharaditas), Crema batida ligera (cobertura)
PASO A PASO
Ahora, la mezcla.
Combina el Whisky Irlandés Proper Twelve y el azúcar moreno en una taza de café caliente. Agrega el café negro recién hecho y revuelve hasta que el azúcar se disuelva. Cubre con crema batida ligera que flote sobre el café. No mezcles después de añadir la crema, se degustará a través de ella.
