Proporciones
Whisky Highland Park 12 años (50 ml), Azúcar moreno (5 gramos), Amargos de angostura (2 gotas), Cáscara de naranja (1 tira)
PASO A PASO
Ahora, la mezcla.
En un vaso bajo, disuelve el azúcar moreno con las gotas de angostura y un chorrito de agua. Añade hielo grande y vierte el whisky Highland Park. Remueve suavemente y decora con una cáscara de naranja.
