Proporciones
Whisky The Singleton Single Malt Scotch 15 años 700cc (60 ml), Azúcar (1 cucharadita), Amargo de angostura (2-3 gotas), Agua (2 ml), Cáscara de naranja (decoración)
PASO A PASO
Ahora, la mezcla.
Coloca el azúcar y el amargo de angostura en un vaso old fashioned. Añade un poco de agua para ayudar a disolver el azúcar. Vierte el whisky en el vaso y revuelve bien. Añade un gran cubo de hielo y mezcla nuevamente. Decora con una cáscara de naranja, exprimiendo los aceites sobre la superficie del cóctel antes de colocarla en el vaso.
